Our Headquarters are located 6 miles EAST of Lafayette and 50 miles WEST of Baton Rouge on Interstate 10. 



Our Office hours are 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays.  Special appointments may also be made for your own convenience.  We are here to serve you.
